What's the reasoning for Agmatine to have a serving dose of 250mg?

At that point would it even effect NMDA receptors? Is the serving dose moreso for people looking for enegery/gym pumps? Or is it just for safety/legal reasons?
I'm looking to use it for gulatamate modulator.

And would you recommend dosing once a day or spread out trough the day ? With the higher dose 500 mg 3times I got some real strange physical side effects like a sort of electrical pulses trough my body and pressure on my chest do you know if this is normal ?

Depends on what you are using it for. I personally only use one 250mg capsule at night before bed. Then I get the sleep effects and the tolerance mitigation effects while I sleep, without it affecting my daily alertness.
Electrical pulses and body pressure are not normal. It does affect nitric oxide, though. That could be causing the effects you are feeling. It will lower blood pressure.
