For people who feel like agmatine has increased your quality of life in any way or that you are a “responder” what is your dosing schedule like? Based on the research it seems like a very promising compound, but I can’t find a consensus on how much to take and when whenever I search through reddit.

Hah, that's so funny because one of my thoughts in disregarding the dosing advice on this subreddit and sticking to 250mg was "I bet MYASD made the dose per capsule this low for a reason." Thanks for being you!

What's the reasoning for Agmatine to have a serving dose of 250mg?

Most people are massively overdosing it for its main therapeutic use. 250mg is a good solid daily dose for people looking for the cognitive effects. Some do respond better to higher doses, but many get the most balanced

1) It's hard to say. Nefiracetam might be good, as that binds to the glycine site of the NMDAR. However, I am not convinced of its safety. You can be safe and start with the tried and true piracetam, and go from there.
