NMN sleep disruption

I've taken NMN twice first thing in the morning and it seems to make it a lot more difficult than normal to sleep well.
First night I had a very difficult time going to bed. Was a very unusual feeling as well for night time. Lots of energy and needed to put my attention on something.
Second night I fell asleep alright (extra 4 hours being up though) but I woke up super early. Also, didn't drink coffee this day either which is unusual for me.
I do feel some slight sleep deprivation effects currently and will try to make up with a nap and not taking NMN today.
Will tolerance buildup lessen this effect? I can't take this supplement if it's going to fuck up my sleep. Any similar experiences or tips to overcome this? It's not really possible to titrate this because of the way the product is formulated and I'm already taking the smallest dose.
For context I'm serious athlete and very healthy.

Yeah, just fascinating all this stuff and how it impacts the human body- if I take NMN with quercetin i get 4h straight up anxiety and overstimulation 😆

Yep, that's one of the combos. Quercetin hits AMPK. I don't get it with just NMN and quercetin. However, I do get it when I take NMN, CoQSol-CF, quercetin, hesperidin, and nobiletin. If I keep the nobiletin out, I can keep it balanced with my larger stack. I do have to cut down caffeine, though.
