Hey all, been a big fan of nootropics depot for a while now. I've tried and tested a whole bunch of different things but this is my current daily stack and what is working best for me, with the goal being a boost to cognitive performance, getting rid of brain fog, and physical energy, taken every morning before work:
-100mg Tongkat Ali 10%
-200mg Sabroxy Oroxylin-A
120mg Shoden Ashwaghanda
-350mg N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine (NALT)
-400mg Caffeine
-200mg L-Theanine
-500mg Cognizin Citicoline
I initially started with the Tonka Ali and Sabroxy with caffeine and while the effects were subtle they worked well, and introduce the L-Theanine soon after, and the Theanine gave a huge boost.
After of which I introduced the Ashwaghanda and NALT, which kicked it to the next level, the ashwagandha synergizes with the Tongkat Ali to give me a cool, calm, and confident demeanor, while the NALT and the course of few days has shut my energy levels up to what they've never been before.
I currently have a tub of l-theanine powder and Cognizin citicoline coming in, which both will be added to my stack. I initially bought a 30 pack of 200mg l-theanine capsules from a retail store and they worked w…

This is so, so true for me. I have a long history of recurrent depressive episodes. When I first tried acetylcholine precursors (citocoline, alpha-GPC) l, I didn’t know about the clinical significance of muscarinic signaling in unipolar depression. The dysphoria, irritability, and brain fog from that supplementation didn’t kick in immediately and it persisted for several days even after discontinuing.
I caution anyone with a history of depression: tread lightly with anything that amplifies muscarinic signaling (acetylcholine precursors, acetylcholinesterase inhibitors). If you do decide to try such a supplement, buy it in bulk powder form so that you can titrate your dosage from a starting point much lower than that typically available in capsules.

I went through a bad depression years ago, too. My brain is still the same as it was then. I have to be mindful of not letting it slip back into that spiral, so I am more acutely aware of this reaction. It really does suck for those prone to it. This is why our doses are often different from our competitors. I try everything we sell and make sure I feel the dose makes sense. Most brands just copy each other and don't give a second thought to the dosing. I don't want anyone to have to go through a depressive episode because we gave them too high of a choline dose.
