Could erinamax cause fatigue or lethargy?

Hello,
I recently started taking erinamax and bought some tigers milk to try as well but am gonna wait to add it. For some background I have some autoimmune issues and my hormones are rebalancing right now as well. But I started taking erinamax for the past two days and I noticed I was really tired. I’m not sure whether to attribute it to that or something else so I’m giving some time for everything to level out and will try it again. I’ve heard lions mane can lower cortisol or affect adenosine I think, but does this form of lions mane have much of that effect? Lastly, I’ve heard lions mane takes a bit to build up, any idea how long or if it’s faster w erinamax? Thanks for your input guys

No, no studies just had read other people’s Reddit comments so just what I thought could be a possibility. I stack either Longvidia or meriva, pea, vitamin B complex. Sometimes alpha gpc but I’m not sure if I have too much choline or how to tell. I had been trying piracetam as well but the dosing with that is so hard to figure out I feel. I also bought tigers milk, but I’m not sure if I should add that in or wait for lions mane effects so I can isolate what helps. What’s your opinion on my stack or on adding more than one thing at once ?

Longvida/Meriva will hit AMPK, which should make it more stimulating. Do you track your sleep? Maybe it has not been as restful the past couple days.
I always suggest adding in a single new thing at a time, or you can never isolate effects. Once you get a feel for how something affects you, then you can add in the next thing. I will say I don't always take that advice myself, though. Sometimes I add two new things in at once. I always eventually try to cycle off and try each individually, though.
