Hey all, been a big fan of nootropics depot for a while now. I've tried and tested a whole bunch of different things but this is my current daily stack and what is working best for me, with the goal being a boost to cognitive performance, getting rid of brain fog, and physical energy, taken every morning before work:

-100mg Tongkat Ali 10%

-200mg Sabroxy Oroxylin-A

120mg Shoden Ashwaghanda

-350mg N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine (NALT)

-400mg Caffeine

-200mg L-Theanine

-500mg Cognizin Citicoline

I initially started with the Tonka Ali and Sabroxy with caffeine and while the effects were subtle they worked well, and introduce the L-Theanine soon after, and the Theanine gave a huge boost.

After of which I introduced the Ashwaghanda and NALT, which kicked it to the next level, the ashwagandha synergizes with the Tongkat Ali to give me a cool, calm, and confident demeanor, while the NALT and the course of few days has shut my energy levels up to what they've never been before.

I will take your advice on it, though you might want to double check your website, because the main reason I anticipated using that as a starting dose, is in your information on the cognizin Choline, the infograph chart stated the results were based off people who took 500 mg daily.

Those were the doses used in the study it was referencing. However, we make our capsules 250mg for a reason, and we suggest 250mg as a dose on the labels. However, the studies done on it were using 500mg in that infographic, which is why it is on there.

Why has Cognizin's Citicoline raised in price?

Prices for almost everything have gone up. A lot of that are the tariffs and shipping/freight increases. There's a 25% across the board tariff for all shipments from China. Then certain HS codes have an additional tariff

Alright, I've read through this study, and there are some important things we need to discuss before everyone panics about TMAO and throws their ALCAR in the trash. The first is the TMAO causation problem. Let's be very

These are not "overlooked" ingredients. They are crucial ingredients to the formulation of certain things to ensure accuracy in manufacturing. We don't put anything in our products unless we absolutely have to. Trust me,

Cognizin Citicoline

>Cognizin is only capsule form so no controlling dosage or sublingual ROI and seems to have no readily available information as to why it cost so much more than citicoline. What do you mean? We sell it in powder. https
