Strange effects for me, there a component i like usually about 2 hours after ingestion that lasts 1-2 hours where theres a noticable reduction in anxiety and slight mood lift. However iv noticed being more tired depressed later on, exactky similar to a phenibut comedown. Reduces focus , try gaming on it should make this very apparent and also with socialising your less dialled in too social cues. Similar too a mild stoned feeling. As someone with anxieyt it has potential but atm comes with too many drawbacks

Kava has MAOI effects, which explain the variability. Those MAOI effects will alter you reaction to the other stuff you are taking at the same time.
