They work great for me. Make sure you are taking on an empty stomach. Also Kava can take a long time for some people to feel effects. Try taking only half a tablet. I am seeing some people reporting they feel more from less. It works better for me with one tablet than if I take 2-3.

You also could try getting some root from Kalm with Kava and making a traditional preparation if you are really interested in seeing the full effects of Kava.

I don't want to seem like a huge ass, but just click on the post histories of everyone saying they don't feel it. It will become clear as to why. People taking/ coming off benzos, baclofen, gabapentin, and high dose kratom/THC are not exactly indicative of the average person. I know it seems like I am hand waving things away, but literally just click through and read the posts of the people saying they felt nothing.

Shoden vs Panamax

Replying to kavacoordinate · No I would say it's still kind of the median. I just haven't noticed any overt sense of well-being or energy or mood improvement when I take it.

Okay, so it is not making you agitated like ashwagandha. That's good. The mood and energy effects are subtle. It's not like taking a strong dose of kava or kratom. This is a more subtle supplement for daily use. Also, so

Kanna- fantastic anxiolytic nootropic

Replying to Guthix47 · You sure? I mean there's kava bars and shit but kanna seems pretty unheard of. Where does it rank health wise between things like kava, kratom, and cannabis?

Kava has hepatotoxic compounds in its leaves. So poorly made extracts can cause liver damage. That's probably what you read. Kava root itself is pretty safe. Just don't get the leaves mix in the extract. There are no kn

Picamilon vs Phenibut

Replying to simen · You could try cycling with kratom and kava. Kava has been shown in some studies to be as effective as benzos at combating anxiety, which is the gold standard, but it is potentially

Kratom has so much more than opioids in it. There are immunomodulators, vasodilators, NMDA antagonists, adrenergic agonists, etc. It's a very interesting plant.
