It absolutely does. I've tried that same combo a couple times. Kava is a very interesting plant, but it is super complex in how it works.

That's a tough one to answer. I have not combined them personally, so it is hard to say. I suppose it is possible. Maybe altered metabolism, or just the MAOI effects lengthening things.
