Just tried nd’s noble kava without caffeine(4hours apart or so),and the effects are enjoyable and very subtle, i love it I gave it a few hours and had tea will see if less caffeine solves the caffeine issue some people get,and at night I’ll report back on sleep too as some people experience insomnia with kava and others don’t,I hope i can sleep easily on kava since i have insomnia and i got kava to help me relax and maybe perhaps help with sleep, so far so good I like the product and it will get better with time due to reverse tolerance 👍🏼.
Update:
Slept just fine and woke up feeling better than usual and motivated so far so good love the product and when reducing my caffeine intake i still get the same stimulation I get from much more caffeine but no bad interaction or anxiety thankfully next up emoxypine 😊
Kava dosage:
Dosage
1500mg
1 tab
2 hours a meal
1 hour later 500 mg (half a tab)
It’s better to leave caffeine 5 hours after dosing and still was notably stimulating 😂 good for getting things done.
