What were the suggestions for? You can certainly order the powder. It's just more work for dosing, but if you are okay with that then the powder is cheaper.

I would heavily suggest trying Sabroxy for the DRI effects. Uridine would be best at night for the up-regulation of dopamine receptors.

That would be great! Polygala doesn't get enough hype for how good it is. I think you should absolutely try the other things I suggested. They should all go well together, too.
