Love the Polygala! You were kind enough to give me a list of your suggestions for me. I can’t find it, would you happen to still have it. I started with the Polygala, I love it and I started with the capsules first to see if it worked. Should I order it in powder form for cost effectiveness? Thank you!

You can certainly order the powder. It's just more work for dosing, but if you are okay with that then the powder is cheaper.
