Sabroxy Capsules Coming?

Original post in this thread

I'm really glad the powder is out but I definitely prefer capsules for ease of use. Has ND determined a good dosage for what caps will be? If yes, what dosage; and will the caps be for sale any time soon?

Just being impatient but will buy once they are out :)

Cheers

Sorry for not being clear about the vision aspect, I have a history of chronic migraine syndrome and a mild degree of peripheral neuropathy which has left my vision in my left eye 'weird,' I'd describe it as a joystick which can't fully move to the left side. I think I would call it something like reduced ocular control if that's a thing and the sensitivity is different in that eye too. (I've been checked out by an ophthalmologist for a variety of potential conditions, everything's great!)

I've noticed my overall balance, peripheral neuropathy and 'ocular control' are related to each other and they seem to improve or get worse together (with some delay) and Sabroxy I think is having some effect on that system. It's mild enough that I can't say for sure it's the sabroxy or delayed effects from previous iodine supplementation or something else entirely. I'll know more clearly in around a month (traveling soon and when I come back I'll try sabroxy exclusively for the most part to build a stack out of it)

I'd be curious to know what you think might potentiate these effects, I've heard polygala as a recommendation from someone else so far through DRI synergism and if you think Sabroxy might have some dose response curve as I haven't taken it long enough to notice the subtler things like that.

That's an interesting effect. I am not sure what the mechanism might be, though. Those are some complex high-level processes. Polygala might help, but that is just spitballing.

It's going to depend on the person. What works best for one person might do nothing for you, or have side effects. We like to talk in generalities, but people's brain chemistries vary a lot more than most realize. So fin

How is polygala so amazing?

Replying to Majalisk · MYASD has mentioned there does seem to be some people who are essentially’super-responders’ to it, which is great for them

Yep, we have some customers that say polygala works better for them than anything else they have ever taken. Some of them have told me it has literally changed their lives. Then we have some people that are like "Eh, it'

Extended Release Polygala?

Yeah, we have thought about it. We just need to determine the best way to formulate that. We are also considering doing sublingual polygala tablets.

Is polygala a strong enough MAOI that it shouldn’t be combined with aniracetam?

No, it's not something you need to worry about. The main compound in polygala that has MAOI effects is called DISS (3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose). It has less than 0.5% bioavailability. This means it is likely not clinically
