Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you know I left a negative review on a product on Nootropics Depot 1-2 months ago now and it hasn't been published. There have been reviews published since then as well. Just want to put this out there for anyone looking at products off the site because they all usually have 5 star ratings.
Also, this was not just a negative review because it didn't work for me but because the product became completely unusable in my 'climate' and there was no warning on the website or on the packaging.
Edit: I have answered most questions in the comments so make sure to read them for more information.

Economic failure I can swallow. But 6 lawsuits a year? I get that you are more prominent, and therefore more lucrative target, but that seems more than a bit inconvenient, not to mention expensive

Talk to any company with a good amount of success and ask them if they have to deal with lawsuits. I guarantee you will be surprised by the answer. I am not even surprised when one comes in anymore. It's just a part of doing business when you are successful and visible. I can't stress enough how valuable security through obscurity is. When nobody notices you, you don't have to deal with this shit. You fly under the radar. It's when you start getting noticed that the issues come rolling in. It's definitely expensive, too. Lawyers are not cheap, and fees have ballooned up the past year. Every lawyer in the US has raised rates because they have too much business to handle. If you are getting billed by a partner at a big law firm in a major city, $1,500 per hour is not even abnormal now.
