Order sent back to USA from Portugal

Hello.
Unfortunately customs declined my order and sent it back to NootropicsDepot facility, it contained Noopept, Aniracetam and Pramiracetam.
It's weird because in the past I've ordered phenylpiracetam and oxiracetam from ND too and it came through without any problem. And customs knew what it was because they asked for product information.
How can I get those products in Portugal? Any reshipper recommended?

They said that it contained medicative properties that are not allowed to import. So people from Portugal have been successful getting any racetam or noopept from you guys? How is that possible? It must really be because I didn't choose DHL Express but it does not make sense I think.

Yes, we have had multiple recent orders from customers successfully delivered in Portugal with racetams and noopept. Last one was December 28th with noopept. That was with our standard mail, too. It was not DHL Express. Perhaps you just had an ornery customs inspector. Did they even give you an opportunity to respond at all before sending back?
