Order sent back to USA from Portugal

Hello.
Unfortunately customs declined my order and sent it back to NootropicsDepot facility, it contained Noopept, Aniracetam and Pramiracetam.
It's weird because in the past I've ordered phenylpiracetam and oxiracetam from ND too and it came through without any problem. And customs knew what it was because they asked for product information.
How can I get those products in Portugal? Any reshipper recommended?

Yea I saw that "Item cleared" information too. Really weird. But in my CTT account it shows this https://prnt.sc/wh1ph0
I guess I'll just wait. But most probably it was sent back. I think with DHL Express next time it will go smoothly.
