Hi all - I am new here and looking to get Piracetam, but it appears unavailable in the US. Could someone elucidate what is going on for me? Thanks!
Edit - recommendations for alternative options would be appreciated.

Someone wrote a study on the prevalence of piracetam in products labeled as dietary supplements. Then about 8 months later US customs started holding shipment of piracetam coming into the country. Then COVID-19 happened, and it gave them the perfect excuse to just ignore everyone inquiring about their held shipments. That's where we still are. You literally can't get a hold of anyone at US customs or the FDA to discuss it, and they don't respond to emails or voicemails. So I have literally no idea what the state is. They are just ghosting everyone.
That same person recently just wrote another study on aniracetam and noopept. So in about 7 months we might expect a similar thing to happen to those if this follows the same timeline.
If people would just stop putting racetams and noopept into dietary supplements, or hiding them in there, this would not be an issue. Label them properly, and don't give effect or structure/function claims, and this would be a non-issue. As always, the bad actors in the industry will ruin it for everyone.
