Order sent back to USA from Portugal

Hello.
Unfortunately customs declined my order and sent it back to NootropicsDepot facility, it contained Noopept, Aniracetam and Pramiracetam.
It's weird because in the past I've ordered phenylpiracetam and oxiracetam from ND too and it came through without any problem. And customs knew what it was because they asked for product information.
How can I get those products in Portugal? Any reshipper recommended?
Thank you.

No they didn't. I feel really sad now. Should I just try again? It is really demoralizing because it took 35 days since the purchase until they just decide to send back the package. When you receive the package would it be possible to ship it again but with DHL Express and I pay the remaining money?

Definitely annoying! We can absolutely work with you to reship with DHL Express.
I just looked at your local tracking number on CTT.pt, and it is showing me "Item cleared" at 12:17 on Jan 4th. I wonder why it is showing you different information? I suppose you would have more detail being the one importing it, but it is weird it shows that it cleared customs when we search that tracking number. Maybe you will luck out, and it was actually cleared?
How customs clearance works with our standard mail is those packages are handed off to the local postal systems of whatever country they are going into. This means they are cleared like a USPS package would, through the public customs clearance. When you use DHL Express, that is a 100% private clearance. They are cleared through customs through DHL's private clearance area, which is a different process than standard mail goes through. It's more expensive, but sometimes that results in easier clearance. It really depends on the country, though. Some countries have a hard time with private clearance, but the public clearance is no problem. Others are the opposite. It makes it hard for us to give blanket recommendations to everyone, since every country is so different.
