Order sent back to USA from Portugal

Hello.
Unfortunately customs declined my order and sent it back to NootropicsDepot facility, it contained Noopept, Aniracetam and Pramiracetam.
It's weird because in the past I've ordered phenylpiracetam and oxiracetam from ND too and it came through without any problem. And customs knew what it was because they asked for product information.
How can I get those products in Portugal? Any reshipper recommended?

The only recent issue with Portugal was a single order that was refused entry because of phenibut. No other issues for Portugal have been reported recently. Did they give you a reason for the refusal of entry?
