Hello I have been researching lions mane products, all over reddit you guys are recommended but when I check your product on amazon using fakespot, it has an F rating. You guys can see here
I’m just wondering why on reddit you guys have great reviews but have an F on Amazon.
I really want to buy but this is putting question marks in my head.

Because Fakespot is garbage. I give Fakespot an F! Seriously, Fakespot is the dumbest most inaccurate site out there. Why anybody uses it is beyond me. It's like the woo science of ratings sites. Might as well just ask a random person on the street if our Amazon reviews are legit. That would be more accurate.
As /u/brynnors said, it's likely because of the Vine program. Amazon is like a nest of deception. All the reviews are fake. Look at some of our competitors. You think 4,000 reviews on a product happens organically? Hell no! You can see on our products what happens organically. No surprise, you get almost no reviews. People just don't review things unless they are incentivized. However, Amazon factors reviews into your rankings, so you get screwed if you just let it happen organically, but it's against Amazon's TOS to give free product for reviews. ALL the high ranking products do it, though. That's the only way to get people to review. We don't do it, so we get almost no reviews. I've given Amazon evidence of multiple competitors violating their TOS for fake/paid reviews. They took it seriously, and immediately removed the products violating the TOS, right? HAH! They didn't do shit. They just ignore it because it makes Amazon more money to have more reviews, so they look the other way. So what can we do? I am not going to violate Amazon's TOS and pay people for reviews like everyone else, so what are my options? Well you can be in the Vine program. That's an invite-only thing, though. Luckily we were recently invited to it by Amazon. This is why you see a sudden change in more reviews coming in. We couldn't use the program before, but now we were invited to it, so we can. That has Amazon try to get people to review your product. It does okay... It's not going to get you thousands of reviews like the other people violating the TOS, but it will at least get you some. That's totally cool with Fakespot, right? NOPE! They see Vine reviews as fake reviews for some dumb reason, even though it is an internal invite-only Amazon program! Their "advanced AI algorithm" is a bunch of BS. Then they give our competitors, who are giving free product for reviews on their own dedicated review sites they setup, an A... It's ridiculous.
You need to talk to real people about things, because everything online is a lie. Seriously, almost everything you read online is designed to get you to think what someone wants you to think. There are no more objective review sites anymore. It's pay to play across the entire internet now. The only place they can't screw with is social media, because you can actually talk to real people about what they think. You can look through people's post history to see if they are a legit person or a shill. You can get real feedback. We don't pay for any of these review systems that everyone else does. We don't pay affiliate sites to talk up our products or lie to people. We don't give people free products for good reviews. We don't play any of those games. This is why you see silly ratings like this. However, ask any real person here on Reddit what they think of us. We have the reputation and support from the community that we do for a reason. You can't buy that. You can't fake that. That's why you see a difference on Reddit and these sites misleading people into thinking what they want you to think.
Now I know I come out the gate a little hot with rhetoric, but this stuff pisses me off. It should piss you off, too! You are being lied to by tons of sites that you assume are acting in your best interest, but are actually purposely misleading you. Can you imagine how I feel? I try to build an honest company over years, following the rules and doing what I think is right, and they say I AM THE ONE misleading people! Frustrated doesn't even scratch the surface. They are misleading consumers and harming legitimate honest businesses. I ranted about it on another post 6 months ago, too.
