They will hold up the package and you'll have to do a lot of paperwork. You'll get it but it's kind of a pain and you may have to pay more. If you have questions when DHL holds your package, support can help you.

Yeah, your case they went a bit crazy. Usually they would only ask for 1-2 things, not all that detail. If this is a pattern with a bunch of people in Poland having extra hassle with DHL Express, I suppose we could turn that option off for Poland. Maybe FedEx Express would be better? Hard to say.
