NMN minimum effective dosage?

Original post in this thread

Hello everyone!

I just received a new order from ND. One of the products is NMN. I am wondering if anyone here knows if you have to take it everyday to get full benefits? Cause it's pretty expensive, at like 1$ per tablet, and I've got a 60 tablet bottle. I am 32 years old. I am unsure how I should approach this one. I want to take enough to get benefits but I want it to last as long as possible. So, do I have to take at least one tablet per day, or would taking one every 2-3 days be sufficient?

Ah, over stimulation with coffee.
I don't drink coffee so NMN + quercetin together works fine.
Thanks for the clarification!

I've been taking enteric NMN, NR, and quercetin individually in the morning for a while. I would take apigenin at night. When I switched over to OptiNAD+, there was a clear increase in energy. I think the NADH really is

White Jelly Mushroom

So white jelly mushroom is a really cool one. The obvious effects people use it for are skin and joint health, due to the effect it has on collagen. However, I have found there is a nice subtle mood effect, too. I have n

Replying to 12ealdeal · On the days I take it I’m doing a keto day. So I take in morning, I take with NMN, NR, b3, Carnosine (I feel like I’m missing something else here have to go to my stack to confirm)

Yeah, the NMN, NR, and quercetin mixed with carnosine can cause the anxiety. I've experienced it, too. It's the AMPK activation. I would add in some apigenin, L-theanine, and Micromag to help balance that out.
