Effects of Tongkat Ali on body comp/exercise?

Has anyone noticed positive effects of tongkat (2 or 10%) on body composition or exercise performance? I’m mostly interested in body comp/lean mass/fat loss effects.
I’ve heard a couple instances of it, but want to know how prevalent may or may not be.

Off-topic question about your IF schedule: Do you plan out what you eat in those two hours? How do you make sure you get enough calories/nutrients? Also what time of day you break your fast?
I’ve been on 16/8 for over a year now and I’m thinking of making the switch to 18/6

I have a nutritionist make all my meals; at least the ones during the week. Those only account for like 500-700 calories, though. The rest I just add in whatever I want. Generally I eat a lot of aged meats and cheeses, because I love them. I don't really plan it out in detail, though. I just feel out what my body is telling me and adjust accordingly. I eat a lot of hummus, too. Most of my meals that I have the nutritionist make me are salads. They usually have chicken, quinoa, seeds/nuts, spinach/other greens, etc. I love eating salads now, when I didn't really like them before I started IF.
Most days I am actually on a 23/1 fast. I fast for almost the entire day, and eat around 6pm. Most days I will eat everything within that single hour. Sometimes I eat a little more the next hour if my body is telling me I need it. I will break my fast most Sundays because my wife loves brunch, and I feel like an ass if I don't at least humor her one day a week. I just don't ever get hungry in the mornings unless I did a ton of physical work the day before and did not adjust my eating that night. If I eat a brunch on Sunday, I will just lower my calories later in the day to compensate. I try to listen to my body and adjust based on that.
