Red reishi extract, increasing wellness.

Hey, I'm taking things sometimes with more or less result.
Generally, I have paradoxical (negative) reaction to a lot of things.

I had reishi in the bunker (not a real bunker no, kinda my own supplement bunker, a lot of stuff) and wasn't using it.

I have to admit the effect isn't super strong, but it's like a kind of warm, cosy mind and body buzz.
My focus is also better, I feel I have more willpower. Not crazy energy like wanting to beat the gym but a stable, smooth energy that give patience and will to sit down doing work.

That's all, nothing incredible, just a good nootropic.

Our supercritical CO2 extract of reishi spore oil

any recommendation on the tincture vs softgels?

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb · Natrium Health & Nootropics Depot

It's the same oil in both. The softgels are just more convenient for dosing.

My experience with white jelly mushroom

Replying to mamaharu · I get why they do it, but the 500mg dosage on ND mushrooms really is too low. I don't know much about White Jelly specifically, but it wouldn't surprise me if it also needed a gram

We are working on more white jelly products. I have three I am beta testing right now. We just take our time to ensure we fully understand the actives before we jump into random extracts that may or may not be better.

Synapsa Is Amazing but those GI Issues...Advice?

Replying to coiniam · What's your current dosing/schedule look like? Can you give a brief synopsis of the effects of each mushroom? Thanks!

Right now I am cycling down to baseline, but my usual dosing is 1,000mg Lion's Mane, 500mg Cordyceps, and 1,000mg Reishi. The Lion's Mane seems to boost mood a bit acutely, and help memory over time. The Cordyceps gives

Replying to c0smic_0wl · A combination of them is actually a very good idea. Can you provide more information on your dosing and how you made your tincture? Thanks!

You would not make a tincture of our extract, as the chitin has already been broken down for you. His instructions are for doing a dual water/ethanol extraction with raw mushrooms. Our powder is already extracted and bio

Replying to synapse09 · Yeah thats true. Whilst taking many Substances (for medical reasons), its hard to Pinpoint which one is giving you side effects. Or even any effects (for non - medical reasons),

Yeah, this weird interaction happened before my surgery, though. So I was only on EPA/DHA, TAU, and memantine. I stopped all of it before the surgery, then added in EPA/DHA after the surgery. Then I added in UMP a couple

I am not surprised that cordyceps made her immune system flair up the most. I too had some issues with that in the beginning. I had to lower my dose, then my body got used to it. Now I don't have those issues anymore. It

Replying to sebovarli · not sure I follow 100%🤔 about oriveda >know their lion's mane is trash. We tested that in our lab already because it has no erinacine, rigth, or what but >those researchers in

I consider products trash if they contain none of what they claim. They claimed to have a bunch of erinacines and hericenones. We found none. That's trash. If you get good effects, great! I am just talking about claims a
