Which Mushroom Product (From Nootropics Depot) Is best for me?

I'm really interested in trying the new products from nootropics depot. My goal is to strengthen my immune system and allergy symptoms. An adaptogen would be a nice bonus. I know that beta-glucans are excellent for the immune system but don't know how that would affect allergies. There's a lot to choose from and I don't know how to get started. Also would I get sick if I stop taking them?
I noticed that my colds are shorter since I started taking spirulina. Other than that I take noopept, fish oil, bacopa, caff/theanine, and cycle racetams and choline sources. As well as curcumin for my joints. Occasionally I take rhodiola and ashwagandha for stress/socializing.
Does anyone have experience with these products? Thank you.

A combination of them is actually a very good idea. Can you provide more information on your dosing and how you made your tincture?
Thanks!

You would not make a tincture of our extract, as the chitin has already been broken down for you. His instructions are for doing a dual water/ethanol extraction with raw mushrooms. Our powder is already extracted and bioavailable for you. At most I would just make a suspension of the powder. However, it's really just easier to take a scoop of it, then mix it in a drink. I am drinking some of our Reishi and Cordyceps mixed in water right now.
