I get why they do it, but the 500mg dosage on ND mushrooms really is too low. I don't know much about White Jelly specifically, but it wouldn't surprise me if it also needed a gram minimum like others. It's why I really wish they had various extractions/concentrates for all of them like they do with Reishi. (Still holding out for that 1:8 Turkey Tail.) I definitely wouldn't recommend just megadosing every supplement, though, and I have doubt that it would help OP much.

We are working on more white jelly products. I have three I am beta testing right now. We just take our time to ensure we fully understand the actives before we jump into random extracts that may or may not be better.
