Yeah thats true.

Whilst taking many Substances (for medical reasons), its hard to Pinpoint which one is giving you side effects.

Or even any effects (for non - medical reasons), such as a Nootropic Stack or Supplement stack in general.

If your anything like me, i used to take 30 different supplements at one time and it is almost impossible to know which one is giving you effects lol.

I was taking just Uridine, Fish Oil, B-Complex for 6 months during this Uridine Mega Dosing.
So i know for a fact Uridine works.

I would say about 80% of the supplements i have taken have had no effect on me, or i havent noticed any effects.

I have tried everything from Ginkgo to Licorice, and Reishi to Piracetam, ive tried hundreds of supplements. I must of spent about £10,000 lmao.. which is crazy.

Yeah, this weird interaction happened before my surgery, though. So I was only on EPA/DHA, TAU, and memantine. I stopped all of it before the surgery, then added in EPA/DHA after the surgery. Then I added in UMP a couple days later and I got the low-level brainfog and blurred vision. So I stopped the TAU, waited a day, and added back in the memantine at a lower dosage. So I am pretty sure the UMP is the source, but I cannot confirm till I can eliminate the opiates from the equation. Until then, I am going to enjoy the renewed euphoria! Haha
