I think you’ve touched on this discussing your curcumin - but in terms of the piperine, is it the low relative amount here, the enteric coating, or just the fact the pipeline only enhances the absorption of certain compounds vs others that makes this safe to take in a stack with a bunch of other noots/herbs? Or are there certain other products that you guys sell that maybe we shouldnt stack this with? Thanks!

All three, really. We keep the piperine dose low. So paired with the enteric coating, the stomach upset some people can get it averted, and it is not overwhelming P-glycotprotein too much. It's a good balance.

Ahh, that's right. Paul Stamets same up with that niacin theory. He's an idiot when it comes to chemistry and pharmacology, though. I think the niacin thing is total bullshit, but I will speak to our PhD lion's mane rese

Replying to Socialfilterdvit · I still buy stuff from ND for sure but have been surprised at the quality of NOW, Drs. Best, and even CVS pharmacy. My stack has changed some but so far I like Now N.A.C., Dr. Best

Are you referring to the CVS Tumeric Curcumin that isn't actually curcumin? It's just tumeric, which is only ~3% curcumin by weight. https://www.cvs.com/shop/cvs-health-turmeric-capsules-500mg-60ct-prodid-1013104 That

It's my pleasure! I've definitely been pushing the same message for years. It's just many people are being misled by propaganda and faulty science, both on the Paul Stamets side and on the /r/MushroomSupplements side. Th

No reason to take with food. The solid lipid curcumin particle that makes up Longvida is designed to absorb as a whole particle by itself. No need for food.

Cycling NMN

Replying to Fusion_Health · I’m not advocating a full gram, I personally take just 1 of your NMN tablets. That said I’ve tried up to 375 mg at one go, with and without resveratrol, and I’ve never noticed any

On its own, no. The energy I am feeling is more from the combo of NMN with CoQSol-CF, berberine, Longvida, and possibly zinc. 250 would be too much for me with my current stack. It likely would not on its own. The 375mg
