That's so nice! I'll finally be able to take GTE without having to taste it's disgusting taste! Plus it's made to be better absorbed!
Does the enteric coating mean it'll be less prone to causing nausea when taken on an empty stomach?
What would be the best timing if I take it with yerba mate? Take it as I drink it?

Yes, less nausea. More importantly it will be more bioavailable. All tea catachins absorb better in the small intestine. So the enteric coating is a really good thing here. Pair that with the p-glycoprotein inhibition from the piperine, and it is much more effective than normal green tea/EGCG.
You can take it with yerba mate. That's fine.
