Will NAC increase my libido?

I'm currently on antidepressants venlafaxine and respiradone. I'm going to talk to my doctor about slowly getting myself off them. I find that exercise, good food, sleep, and gratitude keep me well more than these pills do.

I have no sex drive. I don't get erections, I don't get any urges to masturbate. I could easily get by life without any sexual stimulation.

I was with a girl but didn't want to do anything, and wasn't erect. I believe these pills cause this.

Can NAC help with this?

I should have phrased better, I meant to ask which one of the two versions of SmartPS would be better for sleep? I do respond well to cortisol lowering things. The TAU will just be for mood, for this one I was just wondering if I have to take it in the evening because of possible sedation.

Ohh, got you. Probably the SmartPS Green, as that is just phosphatidylserine without anything else.
