Will NAC increase my libido?

I'm currently on antidepressants venlafaxine and respiradone. I'm going to talk to my doctor about slowly getting myself off them. I find that exercise, good food, sleep, and gratitude keep me well more than these pills do.
I have no sex drive. I don't get erections, I don't get any urges to masturbate. I could easily get by life without any sexual stimulation.
I was with a girl but didn't want to do anything, and wasn't erect. I believe these pills cause this.
Can NAC help with this?

I also want to take NAC to help with intrusive thoughts. (Repetitive obsessive thoughts into past experiences, people, memories, regrets.)

I always assumed sublingual UMP would be superior. Will have to give TAU a try then.
When you say it was hard to get the dose right with TAU, do you mean that the wrong dose before bed may negatively affect sleep or would it just be less effective for sleep quality? I'm interested in TAU for mood effects primarily, but wondering if I should take it in the morning or evening.
While I have you, I want to try Smart PS for sleep, which one of the two would be best for that?

It's hard to say what is better, since there are no direct pharmacokinetic studies investigating sublingual UMP vs. oral TAU. So we can only speculate.
The dose for uridine and sleep is usually lower than for the mood effects. Since the normal mood dose of TAU is 25mg, figuring out how much to lower it, and ensuring we get accurate ratios in the formulation, is more difficult than just using 200mg of UMP. We had plenty of room left in our capsules, too. So rather than try to adjust the TAU dose and add more filler, we used 200mg UMP instead.
SmartPS works very well for sleep for some people. It lowers cortisol, which some people have an issue with at the end of the day. If you are one of those people, SmartPS would probably work better for sleep.
