Will NAC increase my libido?

I'm currently on antidepressants venlafaxine and respiradone. I'm going to talk to my doctor about slowly getting myself off them. I find that exercise, good food, sleep, and gratitude keep me well more than these pills do.
I have no sex drive. I don't get erections, I don't get any urges to masturbate. I could easily get by life without any sexual stimulation.
I was with a girl but didn't want to do anything, and wasn't erect. I believe these pills cause this.
Can NAC help with this?

I also want to take NAC to help with intrusive thoughts. (Repetitive obsessive thoughts into past experiences, people, memories, regrets.)

Is oral TAU better than sublingual UMP though?
Edit: Now I'm wondering, why UMP over TAU in Sleep Support if TAU is better orally?

For the up-regulation of DA receptors and mood effects, oral TAU is better than UMP.
Uridine for sleep is tricky to get the dose right. We found it was easier to do that with UMP at the 200mg dose. We are primarily using that for the sleep effects, though. It's not as much for the mood/up-regulation of dopamine. Remember, TAU is a 25mg dose. UMP in Sleep Support is 200mg. So we are already overcoming the lower bioavailability by increasing the dose.
