I noticed y’all have a new ashwagandha and it looks exciting. For context, I’ve been taking ksm 66 for the better part of two years. It has phenomenal stress-reducing effects.
Would shoden be better? Has anybody on here given it a shot? There’s not a lot of info on this extract.

Very interested in trying this. Arjuna’s curcumin (BCM-95) is my personal favorite.

FYI: BCM-95 is literally just a 95% curcuminoid extract of curcumin. It's the same thing as our 95% curcumin. It's just a trademarked name for it an extract of tumeric standardized to 95% curcuminoids.
There is a lot of confusion out there because many studies are comparing JUST curcumin. That's one of the three main curcuminoids. However, when you do an extract of tumeric, you actually concentrate 3 main curcuminoids, with curcumin being the most abundant. Our curcumin product is actually an extract of tumeric that is 95% curcuminoids. It's literally the exact same thing as BCM-95, but without having to pay for the name.

Take a look at the spec sheet. It's standardized to 95% curcuminOIDS, not just curcumin. Perhaps I should make that a bit more clear in a blog or something. When reading studies on curcumin, usually they are using that single compound. However, what we sell in powder form is actually a mixture of all three main curcuminoids at a 95% standardization. This means you get the same increase in bioavailability from the essential oils and other two curcuminoids that BCM-95 is touting. It's all marketing, though. Any tumeric extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids will act the same.
