Doxylamine most sedating otc supp I've tried. ND doesnt sell it tho but it's at every Walgreens or Cvs.

Be careful. Regular use of anticholinergic drugs can lead to increased risk of dementia and Alzheimer's.

My wife was using NyQuil every night to sleep, which I didn't know about. She was using a double dose of it every single night, and also having memory issues during the day. I had to tell her that regular use of anticholinergics both lead to memory issue, and increased risks for dementia later in life. She was actually my main test subject in the development of our Sleep Support. I had to make something for her to stop using NyQuil every night.
