Anyone else had problems with ND not sending orders?

I did my first order from Nootropics Depot over 3 weeks ago. I emailed about to confirm shipping times, and was told 2-3 weeks. I placed an order at the same time from iHerb, and it arrived in 3 days (free shipping too).
2 weeks after my order the tracking number wasn't valid - turns out they hadn't sent my order.
3 weeks after my order, the tracking number shows up, but it's 'on hold' as DHL don't have all the information from ND. It hasn't left the US yet, and I'm on the other side of the world.
Customer service are giving me the runaround. I have all the correspondence, so I might just do a chargeback on my credit card because the evidence is all in writing.
Does anyone have similar experiences?

It was in a way. I got your guys' ND Pramiracetam and Ceretropic Bromantane. I'm enjoying the Pramiracetam a lot.
I tried 300 mg Pramiracetam, 500 mg L-Theanine, 500 mg L-Tyrosine, waited 30 minutes, and smoked weed. Once the weed kicked in I had a psychedelic experience somehow. My body was completely numb if I didn't move for 5 seconds. I'll make a post soon about it, do you know what could've done this? I saw geometric patterns and had a very hard to control body. I also had involuntary movement of my head going back, my eyes flickering like crazy, and an extremely loud frequency to the top right of my ear. I literally thought I was going to die after feeling extremely numb. I know it wasn't tinnitus since the frequency was "pure" and wasn't changing (stayed to the top right) or annoying.
I know it was either the Pram or L-Tyrosine because last time I smoked I didn't use either except L-Theanine.
Next time I want to do this with Bromantane and 600 mg Pram.

What do you mean? You bought some of our stuff that was resold to you buy an individual? We have not sold bromantane in years. Are you sure they were legit? That would be old bromantane.
