Anyone else had problems with ND not sending orders?

I did my first order from Nootropics Depot over 3 weeks ago. I emailed about to confirm shipping times, and was told 2-3 weeks. I placed an order at the same time from iHerb, and it arrived in 3 days (free shipping too).
2 weeks after my order the tracking number wasn't valid - turns out they hadn't sent my order.
3 weeks after my order, the tracking number shows up, but it's 'on hold' as DHL don't have all the information from ND. It hasn't left the US yet, and I'm on the other side of the world.
Customer service are giving me the runaround. I have all the correspondence, so I might just do a chargeback on my credit card because the evidence is all in writing.
Does anyone have similar experiences?

Hey! Just wanted to let you know that my order was also shipped on May 21 by your team and the tracking number gives me the same update you're talking about: "PHYSICAL PACKAGE RECEIVED WITH NO ELECTRONIC DATA [BIG PARTIAL HOLD]"
Such a bad luck. It was one of my first international orders in years and I chose the worst day possible. Your team already replaced it for me and sent me another package, although unfortunately I think it's coming from DHL ecommerce again and not DHL express like you offered to OP. So I'm afraid it will run into issues.
But thank you for addresing this problem here. I was wondering what was going on. Good to know I was not the only one.
Edit: typo

Sorry about that! We actually had one customer that ordered on the 21st. It obviously got lost like the rest. Then we reshipped to him on the 2nd, which is the day DHL Ecommerce updated their API. So his reship got lost, too! We told him to not buy any lottery tickets for a while, because he might be the unluckiest of all our customers.
We were only reshipping DHL Express if the order was large enough to justify it, and if they were not in what DHL Express calls a "remote area." If a customer is in one of those areas, they add another FORTY DOLLARS to the already higher shipping price. So it could cost us $90 or more in shipping in those instances. Many of the packages shipped on the 21st were small orders that DHL Express would have cost more than the order total. So my team was selectively offering express based on the size of the order. With the cost of the lost products and reshipping for the stuff on the 21st, we are almost to $10K already.
