Anyone else had problems with ND not sending orders?

I did my first order from Nootropics Depot over 3 weeks ago. I emailed about to confirm shipping times, and was told 2-3 weeks. I placed an order at the same time from iHerb, and it arrived in 3 days (free shipping too).
2 weeks after my order the tracking number wasn't valid - turns out they hadn't sent my order.
3 weeks after my order, the tracking number shows up, but it's 'on hold' as DHL don't have all the information from ND. It hasn't left the US yet, and I'm on the other side of the world.
Customer service are giving me the runaround. I have all the correspondence, so I might just do a chargeback on my credit card because the evidence is all in writing.
Does anyone have similar experiences?

I am most likely going to pull our contract with them over this, and move to another service. This
To which one? From my experience in international shipping every delivery is sucks. Well, generally every delivery companies sucks.
As an example. I was on trip in Belgium, and decided to order something from amazon, i chooses fastest delivery from amazon.de there some courier, that end up on last mile as Belgium post express. I was there only for few days but they shipping info implies i will be fine.
It end up total shitshow. As appeared i saw postman that didn't even call me to deliver, he just go straight put notice that no one home into box and go away ( i though it was my postman but it was xD ), and i contacted amazon and they said we called them they will do it again today etc etc etc. Nothing happened. I flied away. And after a month package was in limbo and arrived at local post office. After a month in limbo. After i got my refund already.

Not sure yet, but we have a couple options. I am going crazy having to deal with them screwing up international shipments. It's wasting all my time I could be using for more productive things with the company. My customer support team is inundated every day with emails asking why their tracking has not updated, or where their package is. This is just not sustainable. 50% of our stress right now is because of DHL Ecommerce packages. Customers get upset at us because of it, but it is outside our control. All I can control is what carrier we use. So if I need to stop using DHL Ecommerce, and switch to another one, it is worth a shot.
