Anyone else had problems with ND not sending orders?

I did my first order from Nootropics Depot over 3 weeks ago. I emailed about to confirm shipping times, and was told 2-3 weeks. I placed an order at the same time from iHerb, and it arrived in 3 days (free shipping too).
2 weeks after my order the tracking number wasn't valid - turns out they hadn't sent my order.
3 weeks after my order, the tracking number shows up, but it's 'on hold' as DHL don't have all the information from ND. It hasn't left the US yet, and I'm on the other side of the world.
Customer service are giving me the runaround. I have all the correspondence, so I might just do a chargeback on my credit card because the evidence is all in writing.
Does anyone have similar experiences?

What's your order number so I can look up the details? We ship every order out same day. Sometimes they have to reprint a label, but that doesn't mean it did not go out. Packages do not sit at our facility. We would be overwhelmed by orders if we did not get them out that day. Mondays are already insane with the added Sunday's packages. So getting orders into the mail system as quick as possible is not just for customers, but for our operations as well.
I will say the mail system is totally fucked right now. It's random, too. Some people are getting their packages from us in 1 day, no joke. They are lightning fast. Other people are having it take longer. Some countries are going crazy fast, where others are slow. Some countries have even suspended mail altogether, like India. So it depends on where you are.
