Hey! I'm planning on buying a year's supply of NMN and I'm wondering where the best place to store it would be? Additionally, what would the optimal dosage be?

I'm 17 years old and I'm interested to see if it has any benefit to younger people who use it.

It is very stable now that it is in a coated tablet. So you don't need to worry about it too much. Just the normal steps of keeping it away from sunlight, heat, and moisture.

Dosage is 125mg to 250mg. Some people go nuts with higher doses, but there are diminishing returns. I would suggest taking 125mg once per day to see how you respond, then possibly upping it to twice a day after that.
