Has ND ever looked into Cissus Quadrangularis?

Curious as it seems this could be a herb with quite wide ranging benefits (not so much nootropic but potentially anti aging). Various studies have investigated the herb for bone regrowth/healing, joint pain, bone density, muscle growth, among other effects with mixed results. However, there seems to be a lack of understanding of what the mechanisms are and what should be standardized for in extracts, along with a lack of reputable supplement makers offering a product.
Just thought this could be in your wheelhouse! Any thoughts are appreciated.

Why are the sigma receptors never talked about? Both experiences with phenylpiracetam and berberine have been pleasant for me. If there was another substance without the drawbacks that those two have, I'd be HIGHLY interested.
