Has ND ever looked into Cissus Quadrangularis?

Curious as it seems this could be a herb with quite wide ranging benefits (not so much nootropic but potentially anti aging). Various studies have investigated the herb for bone regrowth/healing, joint pain, bone density, muscle growth, among other effects with mixed results. However, there seems to be a lack of understanding of what the mechanisms are and what should be standardized for in extracts, along with a lack of reputable supplement makers offering a product.
Just thought this could be in your wheelhouse! Any thoughts are appreciated.

What was your end-result with it, and have you discontinued use?
I was interested in it because it made some wild claims, like bone growth and jaw bone growth. Would you say that these claims are inaccurate?
Similarly, I've heard it is estrogenic, which is detrimental to me. Should I take with an estrogen-blocker?

For now I have. We are still trying to figure out what in cissus is giving the effects we want, so that we can standardize to it.

They are not inaccurate. Both myself and one of my employees used it after we broke bones, and we recovered significantly faster than usual.

That is not something I have personally noticed. I am not sure the effects are significant enough to worry about.
