Has ND ever looked into Cissus Quadrangularis?

Curious as it seems this could be a herb with quite wide ranging benefits (not so much nootropic but potentially anti aging). Various studies have investigated the herb for bone regrowth/healing, joint pain, bone density, muscle growth, among other effects with mixed results. However, there seems to be a lack of understanding of what the mechanisms are and what should be standardized for in extracts, along with a lack of reputable supplement makers offering a product.
Just thought this could be in your wheelhouse! Any thoughts are appreciated.

What's your opinion on https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4883081/ ?
They claim 3-ketosterone is not a biologically active constituent of cissus.

Yep, this is what we are trying to figure out as well. I am pretty sure most of what is on the market doesn't even have what it claims, but even if it did, perhaps that's not the active compounds we want anyway. This is why it can take us some time to figure out what is the "best" extract of a certain thing. Just doing a more potent one of what everyone is already doing can sometimes be counterproductive.
