i found this on ebay; https://www.ebay.com/itm/Real-Cordyceps-militaris-Mushrooms-Grown-On-Live-Silkworms-Authentic-Whole/292777195094?hash=item442ae17656:m:m0eY1YSuC_bXfTnIHIv8LPQ and its the only actual real cordyceps coming out of the silkworm directly thats actually on sell anywhere. i wonder if anyone had something so straight from the source before? it doesnt seem as expensive as they usually go for which is interesting. i suppose more people are able to try and report then.

yeah i just checked on Epicor. It seems its the most famously used yeast for bread, wine, beer etc. called Saccharomyces cerevisiae. So i think im unwittingly already consume tons of Epicor with my wine, beer and bread consumption :P

Epicor uses a proprietary fermentation process for the Saccharomyces cerevisiae to convert it. It's not just brewer's yeast. It's all kept pretty secret though. We came out with our own extract of Saccharomyces cerevisiae standardized to beta-glucans, and honestly it works as well as Epicor for me while being cheaper.
