Does Noopept degrade In normal tap water or am I fine?

I just did a small try with 1 ml pg and 9 ml water + 100mg Noopept, first dissolved it in the pg and then added water and it seems to be a clear solution now. The noopept first didn't want to dissolve in (hot) water alone. So I have supply for 5 days, which it should stay stable for, stored in a dark place.
