Good option besides the powder?
Also, any clues how stable the active components are in extracts with 50% EGCG? I have some left that's a few years past best-by date.

The PAGG (Policosanol, ALA, EGCG, and Garlic) definitely sped up weight loss.
Do you have any thoughts on Policosanol? I know its efficacy is disputed, but Now Foods includes it in its Sytrinol stack:
|Supplement Facts||
:--|:--|
|Serving Size: 1 Veg Capsule||
||Amount Per Serving|
|Chromium (from Chromium Chelavite Amino Acid Chelate)|60 mcg|
|Sytrinol (A Proprietary Blend of a patented extract from citrus (polymethoxylated flavones and palm fruit tocotrienols)|150 mg|
|Milk Thistle Extract (Silybum marianum) (Fruit/Seeds) (Standardized to 40 mg Silymarin Flavonoids - equivalent 80%)|50 mg|
|Alpha Lipoic Acid|50 mg|
|Policosanol (from Sugar Cane)|10 mg|

I had actually never heard of Policosanol. I'll have to read up on it. Where do you see people disputing its efficacy?
