Per the title, is Chaga a 5AR inhibitor? I'm looking for ways to boost immunity but had a really better experience with Reishi. got super weepy, demotivated and practically depressed.

Nope, this was the first time I tested my hormone levels.
I still have Lion's Mane and Poria, they are that good, and I might give them another try stacked with Cordyceps in the future. I have not tried Cordyceps yet.
I am aware that my side effects are extreme. However, I have seen a few reports on reddit about Lion's Mane side effects that might indicate I am not alone.
And thank you again. You are one of two people that have made a significant difference in the quality of my life. I cannot thank you enough, but I sure hope to God I get the chance to do it someday.

I would love to see some blood work done after a couple months of baseline, then some more blood work after a couple weeks of the mushrooms. Then we could see if it truly is lowering your levels, or if this is an underlying condition that is being exacerbated by a secondary mechanism. Things can get pretty complex when you throw all these systems and feedback loops into the equation.
It's my pleasure! I am glad you have positively benefited from what I have been saying/doing! That means a lot!
