Can you provide explanation of the change in 8:1 Lion's Mane extract?

Original post in this thread

You mentioned in a post that you have a new source for Lion's Mane.

Can you please specify what changed and why? How is the extract method affected?

Looking to get best NGF results.

Also, do you where can I find purity tests for Piracetam and phenylpiracetam?

Are there any other supplements proven to enhance CSF in the brain?

I'm going to try it out. Thank you!
First shipment is on its way. Will add to the next one.

Are you still taking Piracetam and Coenzyme B Complex with it?
I'm trying to find out what might cause low norepinephrine levels. Tried Vit C & B6 for a while. I think it might be a metabolic issue/circadian clock.

I'm trying to recover from mTBI & chronic fatigue (more cognitive) / CPTSD which mostly affect my alertness and attention.

Not sure if I can safely take adaptogens after I read it affects the liver. I used to supplement with Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Valerian. Lowering cortisol suppose to have good impact on me, I stopped after reading many reports on heavy metals & liver problems. Do you take them daily?

How would one verify methylation problems?

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb

No piracetam or B complex for me at the moment.

As long as you are buying from someone that tests for heavy metals in every batch, I would not worry about it. We test every single batch of every single product for heavy metals, and have very tight specs.

Best way to get a good idea with methylation is do get a 23andMe genetic test and export the results, then import it into Genetic Genie.

5 days of 3 x 1.6g piracetam use. Still no effect?

Replying to jrhsk8 · Anecdotal evidence seems to indicate it's less subtle than that, but I feel like I would notice it if it really did something. If it is really so unnoticeable, is it even worth it?

To be honest, if you are going into this with the thought that you are going to get rapid and noticeable changes, then you are going to be let down more times that you can count. Nootropics are about finding what works w

Ginger Extract - a more potent NGF booster than Lion's Mane (in mice); improves learning and memory similar to Piracetam. Any chance for a standardized extract on ND soon?

We have the most potent extract that we could find in the world in our Alcohol Defense. In fact, one of our employees is taking one capsule of Alcohol Defense a day for cognition. LOL. So we are certainly planning on put

Replying to Mojowhale · thank you for your answer! appreciated

No problem! Why ConsumerLab decided to test our product for something it is not even standardized to, then not test everyone else for the stuff we are standardized to, is beyond me. Why not test everyone for theobromine
