I tested Pycnogenol 50mg daily for two months to help with ADHD and haven't noticed any effects. In any case given the high price I think you're better off buying grape seed extract, it has the same content of proanthocyanidins and it is a lot more affordable in the long run.

I did as well. Didn't notice much from it, even at 100mg. Way too expensive to justify whether or not it did anything.
