You mentioned in a post that you have a new source for Lion's Mane.
Can you please specify what changed and why? How is the extract method affected?
Looking to get best NGF results.
Also, do you where can I find purity tests for Piracetam and phenylpiracetam?
Are there any other supplements proven to enhance CSF in the brain?

No. Thank you for that. I'll look into that.
Do you know if the anecdotal reports correlate with the findings in the mice studies? Is it toxic to the liver?
What other nootropics can enhance blood flow in the brain?
Thank you!

Berberine actually protects the liver.

Animal studies are not perfectly correlated to humans, but they are still pretty good indications. I do think berberine has really good beneficial effects in humans. Me personally, along with multiple other people, noticed the mood effects. We were not expecting them, either. We just started taking it for the insulin regulating effects, and started noticing improved mood. That's when we researched on the possible causes, and discovered the NGF and BDNF effects.

Berberine also positively modulates your gut microbiome as well.
