Immune defense for Breastfeeding mothers and Children

Hi. I love immune defense but i’m looking for something safe for a nursing mother and 7 year old child. What would you recommend?
I’d be ok with a good pro/pre biotic too.

Nothing in particular. All the ingredients are very safe. We just have not tested the combo in pregnant women or children. I prefer people taking ingredients one-by-one to assess how they react if they are worried. That being said, if I was a pregnant woman I personally would not have a problem taking Immune Defense. If I was a child, I'd probably have no idea what it was, and would most likely be outside trying to ramp my bike over a sketchy makeshift ramp. So you probably wouldn't want my opinion as a child. LOL
